Reservation Services (including on-line reservations)

  • A. Booking services (and on-line booking) are for the purpose of booking a service at Beiramar Restaurant. The use of these services implies full acceptance of this Reservation Policy, this service will have a cost of 25€ which will be paid at the time of validating the reservation by card payment by following the steps in the payment gateway of the website, this amount will be deducted from the final bill on the day of booking, as a prepayment. Once a reservation has been made, it will not be valid until the client receives confirmation by SMS or WHATSAPP. This message must be presented at the time of entering the restaurant. Any special requests (special dishes, table location, etc.) must be explicitly communicated in writing to the Restaurant and will be valid after express confirmation by the Restaurant’s reservations department, and may incur additional costs.

  • B. Cancellation of the contract or cancellation of the reservation:
    The cancellation of reservations by the user must be made within the deadlines and conditions specified in section D cancellation:
    In the event that a prepayment has been made for specific services (themed dinners, special order dishes, birthday cakes, etc.) the Restaurant will charge 100% of these services, i.e. no refund of the amount already paid will be made.

  • C. Special requests:
    c.1. Location: the Restaurant does not guarantee the location of the table at the time of booking. Special requests will be noted at all times regarding the location of the table for each reservation, but cannot be guaranteed at any time.
    c.2. Special diets: the Restaurant has dishes adapted for special diets such as coeliacs and vegetarians. If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, it is essential that you inform us at the time of booking so that we can inform the Chef and the Maître d’.
    c.3. Special dishes or drinks: in the event of requesting a special dish, a prepayment will be requested which will be communicated at the time of the request, this amount will be per dish or drink as a guarantee. In this case, the reservations department will inform you of the possible methods of payment, and this amount will be deducted from the final bill on the day of the reservation, as a prepayment.

  • D. Cancellation.
    The client may cancel or modify their reservation, within 24 hours prior to the time of booking, by contacting the Restaurant directly. In the event that the client does not show up without notice, the amount paid, 25€, will not be refunded and will be charged as a reservation and management fee.
    A booking will be cancelled after the stipulated margin. The margin of tolerance stipulated for delays in reservations is 15 minutes, in these cases there will be no possibility of recovering the amount of the reservation, nor to make it effective, losing any right to claim or to occupy a table in the restaurant.
    The customer understands and accepts these conditions at the time of making any booking, either on-line or by telephone.
  • E. Beiramar Restaurant reserves the right to modify the present terms and/or general contracting conditions, informing users of the modifications made through www.restaurante beiramar.com.

  • Conditions
    The client undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these terms and / or general conditions of contract. Consequently, the client is obliged not to use the services for illicit purposes or effects and/or contrary to what is established in the present Terms and/or General Conditions of contract, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties or which, in any way, may damage the services, the Restaurant and/or its image.

    Beiramar Restaurant may, for the convenience and benefit of users, unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the services provided or the Conditions of operation, techniques and use of services. Similarly, clients, in order to improve the service and establish an optimum level of quality, which is the ultimate aim of Restaurante Beiramar, may suggest any modifications they consider useful, by contacting those responsible for the site through the means of contact indicated on the website.
